Wellbeing Book Club

Welcome to the Wellbeing Book Club. The purpose of this club is to introduce a range of spiritual teachers/authors from a broad background enabling you to extend your knowledge and awareness so that you can then confidently apply this knowledge and create personal change in your daily life. 


The book club is not just about reading each book but contemplating the different philosophies and an opportunity to work through the material with like-minded people. For this reason I will provide discussion questions on the night to promote insight.


The meetings will be on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from  February through to November.  


The meetings are very relaxed. The purpose is that although you can work through each book yourself it is often in discussion with each other’s that we gain a deeper awareness but also benefit from each other’s knowledge and experience. The discussions will be general unless of course you are happy to share personal experiences. The purpose though is much more about sharing what we found easy to understand/implement or what we found more challenging.  What part/s of the book resonated with you and which ones didn’t. 


I look forward to sharing some of the books that I love with you, and helping you gain awareness and inspire you on your journey to a life of wealth, fulfilment and inner peace.
